Lyndsey Fry on Finding Your Own Style of Confidence
Join us for a thoughtful conversation with Olympic silver medalist, women’s ice hockey star and Connections Academy alumna Lyndsey Fry, as she shares her journey to building confidence and finding her authentic self, on and off the ice.

Lyndsey grew up as the only girl on all male hockey teams, with a great desire to achieve beyond just her sport. The lessons she learned in hockey about perseverance and confidence created the framework for her mental wellbeing today. Now, she not only coaches the next generation of athletes playing hockey, but also how to prioritize their mental health.

Lyndsey will chat with Connections Academy’s head of counseling, Morgan Champion, about her journey, including how she overcame challenges and maintains emotional fitness.

Lyndsey is currently the Senior Director, Amateur Hockey Development for the Arizona Coyotes, an NHL radio analyst and runs girls’ hockey camps. She played for Harvard University and was part of the 2014 silver-winning U.S. women’s national hockey team. She earned her MBA at Arizona State University and is dedicated to advancing youth sports opportunities, particularly in underserved areas. Find Lyndsey on social media @Lyndsey_fry_18.

The event will be 45 minutes with an audience Q&A. You will receive an email with a link to join the event. To learn more about Connections Academy’s Emotional Fitness Talks, visit experience.connectionsacademy.com/mentalhealth
